Molly grew up in Los Angeles, where she performed in her first professional musical at 12 years old — Sunday in the Park with George at The Pageant of the Masters. Since then, she appeared in numerous productions across Southern California, including La Mirada Theatre, Performance Riverside, The Carpenter Center, and The Barnesdall Gallery Theatre.
A longtime champion of new musical development, Molly has worked with The Academy of New Musical Theatre and Theatre West, as a singer helping writers workshop their shows and bring them to life. Through this experience, so worked alongside icons like Ray Bradbury, Betty Garrett, Tony Tanner, Lee Meriwether, and Steve Allen. She’s also written two original musicals — Benny the Baboon and The Gingerbread Pimp — which received concert readings and were performed at festivals including The Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival and The New York Musical Theatre Festival.
In addition to her stage work, Molly has an extensive multimedia background, voicing audiobooks, commercials, and creative projects for a range of clients. As a producer and award-winning creative, she brings her love of performance, storytelling, and collaboration to every lesson, inspiring singers to find their truest voice.
