Meet Tim Welch
Hi, I'm Tim! I've been teaching singing for 25 years, which means I've had 25 years to make every possible mistake and learn what actually works.
Here's what I've learned: everyone can improve. Everyone. Your voice is a muscle, and muscles can be trained. But more than that—your voice is deeply personal. It carries your emotions, your story, your vulnerability. That's why my team and I approach this work with so much care.
I've worked with Grammy winners and people who thought they couldn't carry a tune. I've prepared students for Broadway and helped others just find joy in singing again. My team does the same. We're all here because we believe in this work.
We're not here to make you sound like someone else. We're here to help you sound like the fullest, most confident version of yourself.

There’s something really personal about sharing your voice with a new person… and we know that. So we go to great lengths to make your vocal consult with us an exciting, empowering and supportive experience. From super beginners to super pros we customize every vocal journey perfectly for you. We are your teammates, don’t worry about impressing us! In your consult, we’ll help you understand where you are on your journey and how to get you to where you want to be.

We started teaching online over 15 years ago, long before it was the norm. Since then, we've prepared students virtually for Broadway, world tours, and The Voice—and worked with hundreds of beginners too. Online lessons work, and we've perfected how to do them right.
